OptimizeHealth opened in 2005 as Optimize, a project and process management consulting company, with the mission to help clients capture the greatest value from their project investments. Though our clients spanned from small nonprofits to Fortune 50 firms from every industry and our engagements ranged from specific business units to the entire enterprise, Optimize grew to specialize in the healthcare industry, and, in particular, healthcare technology. Looking back now, it seems this focus was in the stars long ago.
Optimize’s founder, Andrea Nicholas, began volunteering at local nursing homes as a pre-teen growing up in the Midwest. As an adult, she has continued that commitment of service for decades, and the experience has instilled in her a passion for and a commitment to improving the quality of seniors’ lives. Greg Nicholas, who also volunteered at nursing homes at a young age, has spent over 20 years as a healthcare technology executive, the last decade of which with firms dedicated to serving seniors. He shares the same passion and commitment.
In 2016, Greg and Andrea decided to team up, combining project and process management expertise with strategic and operational IT proficiency, to pursue their shared vision of offering superior technology services so practitioners can devote more resources to patient care. And Optimize became OptimizeHealth, delivering worry-free IT solutions, reliable technology and performance-enhancing analytics to acute, post-acute and long-term care customers.
We care for your technology so you can focus on better patient care.
Since 2005, in an industry where client satisfaction is often mixed at best, we have consistently earned a 4.6 or better rating on a 5.0 client satisfaction survey scale.
