She has recruited and staffed top management and technology talent for clients’ most vital endeavors and implemented organizational change efforts aimed improving client capital program financial results and increasing end customer satisfaction. Andrea is an invited guest speaker on  effective business case planning, estimating, and project and PMO leadership topics and possesses a BA from UT Dallas, an MBA from the University of Dallas, and a Corporate Strategy Certificate from Southern Methodist University. Ms. Nicholas is a 4word Mentor and serves on the UT Dallas JSOM Advisory Council and Relationships First board.

With over 20 years of healthcare technology experience, Greg has successfully overseen large-scale IT initiatives and teams for companies such as UnitedHealth, Optum, DaVita, CVS/Caremark, CardinalHealth and other; led technology integrations for the DoD, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, WellCare, WalMart Pharmacy, Aetna, and Cigna-HealthSpring; and, as a former CIO, championed EMR/EHR implementations, M&A integrations, and IT turnarounds for the 8th largest long-term care company, a specialty pharmacy firm serving over 2,200 US clinics and a health insurance leader supporting over 130,000 members. Greg possesses an MBA from the University of Dallas, a BS in IS, and is a member of the Managed Care Executive Group, HIMSS, and the North Dallas CIO Forum.

Mike has provided hands-on strategic architecture and technology solutions delivery leadership in the healthcare and financial services sectors for over 25 years.  He championed the creation, adoption and execution of enterprise strategic technology roadmaps and led numerous turnaround, transformation and merger/acquisition initiatives ranging from startups to Fortune 200 corporations, holding CIO, CTO and other executive leadership roles in Enterprise Architecture, Software Development, IT Operations and Program Management.  Mike holds a BBA in Accounting & Computer Science from the University of Texas at El Paso and is ITIL v3 certified.

Dana has spent the last 20 years working with large-scale companies in the Financial Services and Healthcare industries.  Ms. Shepperd has led teams in high-profile mergers, such as the Countrywide/Bank of America merger, and supporting investor-led and regulatory efforts related to troubled mortgages for Bank of America, as well as onboarding multiple Tier 1 pharmacy customers for Cardinal Health. Dana’s expertise has made her a respected and sought-after resource among healthcare and financial institutions. Ms. Shepperd has an MBA from Georgia State University, a BA in Economics from Florida State University and is Green Belt Certified. She chairs Women 4 Women Mentor subcommittee at the Richardson Chamber of Commerce.

Joining OptimizeHealth in 2016, Jack brings over 20 years experience as a Customer Success professional. He has created or improved the customer support processes for a variety of industries from web-based digital media platforms to entertainment and performance venues. As an interactive project manager, he has contributed to the development of hundreds of websites, mobile apps, and digital media systems for clients such as Sinclair Broadcasting, Belo Interactive, Granite Broadcasting, and Schurz Communications. Jack holds a BFA from Stephen F. Austin State University, has a background in news radio and was a contributor to ABC Radio, Fox News Radio, and the Wisconsin Radio network.
